- Description: I think this is a very simple thing, but I've had a hard time figuring it out, and would love it if someone can help me out. I am on Mac OSX and I use Mac Address Book to manage my contacts. Within address book I have a group called "Client Leads" that contains records of people with whom I am engaged in business.
Additionally, I use a web based product called Highrise (highrisehq.com) to track my interactions with clients. Whenever I email a client, I like to bcc the Highrise dropbox so that the email gets attached to the client record.
The problem is that I keep forgetting to bcc the dropbox.
What I'd like to do is setup a mail rule that automatically bcc's the dropbox's email address whenever the person in the To field of the email is in the group "Client Leads"....
I've been trying to do this with mail rules, but I've not had success. Does this need to be scripted? - Tags:

| Mail doesn't have any options for outgoing mail filters, but there are a few workarounds. Garrett | |||||
