I need 5 niche website template which looks very professional. These will just be single page templates. I need this to be an original design must include graphics. Each one of the 5 must include unique graphs. I want it to be very unique and eye catching, but not too overdone. An example website would be http://www.disciplineandfocus.com/ , but I want it to look much better, more professional and include a footer.

SEO is very important to me, and I will need these templates designed for google, yahoo search spiders. It must include professional footer with links to privacy policy/terms of service. It must have Meta Tags with keywords.

The code needs to be clean and easily understandable with examples of how I can insert articles into these templates and where to add keywords for the meta tags etc.
