This is a simple project for someone that knows what they are doing.

I simply need a new webpage created that grabs data from our database laying it out into a nice looking printable page. (I have a sample of the exact layout I want.)

There's only about 10 items that need to pulled from the database for the new page.

So basically, here's how it needs to work...


You will create a simple webpage that (will be password protected directory) it will have a field where I will enter a customer ID for and click a "generate" button, that will go "grab" the data from our database for that customer, and create the "printable" page for me to easily print.

I will send you the source code from the current page that grabs the data so you can see how and where to reference the new page.

Need this done in the next few days.


You must speak English perfectly and be available to talk over the phone ALSO I need this done fast -- in the next few days.
