Each page to be created from an html template page consisting of basic top header, center section, a left and right column and footer. Table format ok. Basic outline as follows;

A) Header - Create solid colored header block with domain name and slogan line, to be provided, inserted as a text font so that wording can be searched.

B) Left and right Columns – total of 15 short cut page links in each column, so 2 columns of 15 page links which is the 30 pages.

C) Center Section – Create 30 separate pages. Each page is a link to a site - which you need to provide appropriate title and basic meta tags.

Each page to come with a header title and Google ad below.

A brief comment of at least 50 unique words per page about the link with 3-4 single lines below that are the high-lites of the site.

D) Important - You must go to the site link and summarize their service, 50 words and 3 to 4 site feature highlite lines, in your own unique words, not copy their wording.

Have dup site which this site is patterned on – pm for site address. Will provide domain, slogan line, and keyword naming format for the pages.

E) Footer – include link back to sites home page, copyright notice, xml site map and basic link to privacy policy page (we will provide wording)

Web site can be html based site prefer use of a Dream Weaver CS3 template .. assembled and written by fluent English author. Preference to someone who ranked well in scriptlance and has or can provide sample of building websites on a regular basis.

F) Must spell check all areas of site, validate and run link checks before posting site. FTP the site's files into a C-panel domain account which we will create. Check site is up and running.

All written content must be 100% original and cannot be copied from any other articles - we retain ownership of all the documents with all copyrights! Articles must not be sold/given to anyone else at any time

G) If awarded the job, you agree to provide an outline sitemap for review and approval.

Looking for someone with the initiative, knowledge and experience to deliver the complete site with minimal communication, due to busy schedule. Advise in bid if able to discuss details over the phone to save time, and what time zone your in.

Other considerations – advise if you can include any directory submissions, blog posts, etc that will start traffic to this new site. Advise how many, and if included or extra.
