- Description: This is a freeware project and requirement is a bilingual dictionary (English & a local language which has an own set of letters) to run on Windows. A user must be able to search for an English word and get the definitions from the local language and vice versa.The program should be able to reside in the system tray and should be able to monitor clipboard. Also there should be a tool to enter the definitions.
