Hello, we are starting a new website called GetMeAJob
We'd like to model our site after http://www.membernaire.com/
We will need a header, and footer created, that will fit in to the membernaire site layout. ie everything should be the same dimensions.
The sliver line on the header needs to be blank, so that we can put our own text in the graphic, same goes for the footer (text on the right hand side)
I've attached a video to give you more details, please watch it, and if you have any questions I'd be happy to answer them.

Also, we've had a few questions about the project, so to make it even easier, we want the site modeled after:
http://www.membernaire.com/
except with a different header and footer. Everything else needs to fit as is.

The header and footer that you create need to fit this color and shape exactly.
Also, we'd like the logo to appear on a 'card' similar to the graphic you can see here:

Deliverables:
1) A header graphic that fits in with the empty template that has Get Me A New Job on it, and no text on the silver bar. Watch Video for more details
2) A Footer graphic that fits iin with the empty template that has a smaller logo and the text on the right hand side blanked out. Watch video for more details
3) A Card graphic as can be seen here:

4) All graphics should be in PSD Format, compatible with Version 8 of PhotoShop
