I'm looking to purchase an IVR chatline system , a phone chat line that consists of 1 on 1 chatting and a voice personals area. This system should preferably run with Pika digital T1 boards, however if it runs with Dialogic boards that is ok too. The OS can be Windows or Linux. This system needs to accept credit cards and verify these cards with Paypal via https. Please contact me immediately if you have such a system already built and tested, or if you have experience putting something like this together. I am open as to what language the system is written in. However, I prefer a solid language like C/C++ or Java. At the end of the project, I want to own the code and it should handle at least 200+ simultaneous callers.
