1) I need clone of (V i d e o s w i p e r . com) its bascially crawls Tube websites >> Cache title, desc, thumbs, embed codes on server & when member search a particular keyword on (V i d e o s w i p e r) it displays cached results & User pick related videos/thumbs & then it AUTO embed on their media sites

2) I need to have option of FLV transfers also i.e. users can also have Flv transfers to their server

3) Option of Video Get my watermark on my server ( text or image ) and then transfer videos to users site

a) This is phase I of project and after getting this running we'll got for more features

b) I want to start this Project ASAP .. SO only bid IF u can start it fast and can complete it FAST

d) ALSO U CANT SELL THIS SCRIPT TO ANY OTHER BUYER OR UR SELF, I'll be the Legal Owner of this script

e) You should have TEAM of professional developers instead of working urself , i dont want to give project to ONE MAN/Webmaster AS THIS WILL BE ongoing project on MAINTENANCE basis + Adding new features
