Fix Text Editor - PHP Script

- Description: I have a simple affiliate capture page system. When I type in the text editor, the text should show on top of the affilate capture page. It does not...I need an expert in PHP to fix.
Sometimes It works initially, but when you edit or change, it will not save or accept the new text.

Also I have a second affiliate site. When you are typing in the text editor box it keeps scrolling back to the top as you are typing....this one needs fixed also. I forgot to include this one on the video but its pretty straightforward.
Again I need an expert in PHP programming to fix this fast. - Tags:
