- Description: Looking for a web based reservation system with the following core functions:
1. Property owners create account and uploads relevant data.
2. Buyer searches available properties for rent.
3. Calendar shows what dates are available and not.
4. Buyer selects property and pays.
5. Message goes to property owner asking to confirm reservation.
6. Once confirmed, Buyer goes to property. If he likes it, he gives property owner a code the system generates. Code is used to access funds paid by buyer (minus transaction fee). If buyer does not give code, buyer can log-in and get refund.
This is the basic idea. I can show you complete examples in PMB.
NOTE: you must say something specific about the description above in your bid otherwise, I will assume you have not read the above or do not understand the task.
If you can show me anything you developed that is similar, that would be a big plus. It would also be a big plus if you can do this as a plugin for Joomla. If not, it must be easy to manage SEO with it.
In addition to cost, I will also need to know how long it will take to complete.
