I need someone who is very familiar with website Databases, how to get information off them.

I need some sort of api or script that will allow to search for things on a sites database for a true or false value.

ex: sites data base stores phone numbers, all 9 digits. I want to know what are the numbers. The script or api would (send a request of some sort, or however you would do it) When one comes back as true it will save for me to view.

Or just something that can access, read does not have to write, databases


Also need a password checker - for websites, this script or api, if possible would somehow hold the connection open between when the site checks for to see if login and password match on database, the script or api while (freezing the connection open) would generate and check against all possible combinations and save matching without sending the final login request. Only checks for true and false.

Can give more info to bidders, need done simple cheap and fast!
