We are in need of at the moment (3) three existing softwares to be either recreated with our brand or constructed from scratch. 2 of the three are ad poster bots. What is needed is the same features as those softwares but combined and accessible in a control panel for muliple users( membership site). Right now, the software is for one user with one product key. We want to offer the same features of all three software in one control panel for multiple users. Can this be acccomplished? Do we need to provide the software? Should it be from scratch or can the software we have be modified to our brand and specifications?

There is more detailed requirements that would be discussed if we find a qualified bid to answer those above questions. If you need more info let me know.
