Cannot be a copy due to copyright issues.
Step 1- Truck Leaves Customer Factory and arrives at OXIL's delivery area
Step 2- Standing Refrigerator is removed with a lift truck and sent to disassembly area
Human Operators Remove all easy removable parts (plastic or glass shelves, plastic doors, hoses etc..) from refrigerator
Step 3- Refrigerator in a horizontal position goes to disassembly line conveyor belt remove gas (CFC) and oil
Oil goes to recycling- Gas goes to recycling or incineration
Step 4- Human operators removes compressor and resistence
Step 5- Destruction-
5.1 Option Manual - Operators disassembly and separates metals, plastic, and other materials going to specific trucks
5.2 Option Automated - Refrigerator goes to automatic destruction machine like a blender. Also residual gas CFC or HFC are collected.
Step 6- Residuals (dust) are separated
Step 7- Trucks are loaded
Step 8- Trucks leave
