    I need a clone of backlinks.com in FRENCH with all the same features.

    French language (I can provide a traduction for each word)

    -Advertiser account
    -Publisher account
    -Admin account/panel

    -Allow advertisers to buy links
    -Allow publisher to sell links

    -We need a complete marketplace where
    the publisher sites will be listed with the site infos.

    -Allow paypal payment to fund advertisers account.
    -The script need to be there to display the links
    who the advertiser buy on the publisher site.

    Include the tests and installation on my server.
