I need a software application that solves the following process:
1) Client orders a custom document via the website - application processes the order using Authorize.net. Pricing needs to be set via the application.
2) Application creates a user profile for this individual and shows the process of the document creation.
3) The system must take information entered on the order form and create a custom document (I will show where the customizations need to go).
4) Administrator reviews the custom document and can make changes. Once the administrator approves, the document is made available to the client which moves it on to the next step of the process and sends the user a customized email notifying them that a step in the process was completed.
5) The system needs to allow the user to order multiple custom documents but keep each one in a separate process flow.
6) It must store the documents for a set period of time and notify the customer of the date of deletion at set intervals.
7) Must integrate with USPS shipping tracking so the user can see the documents as they are shipped.

Must be designed using Web 2.0 technology using PHP (AJAX, etc).
