Please read the technical spec attached for further information before bidding. Bidding on this project will be competitive, but we do expect the project to cost more than 1,000 USD. :)

We are looking for a partner that we can go to from time to time with projects such as this one. (Finalists for this project will also be considered for another project that we need done right now as well.)

This completed project will serve as the first phase auction platform for our business. We have two more phases for this project that will be done at a later time.

Although we are price and time sensitive, the ideal candidate will have solid references and examples of work designed to be stable under heavy load and high traffic conditions.
