Looking for an expert CSS coder for a 25 page website.

CSS & XHTML Check Lists

* Compatible with all browsers
* Validate CSS (http://jigsaw.w3.org/css-validator/)
* Validate xhtml (http://validator.w3.org/)
* Web Content Accessibility Guideline check from (http://www.w3.org/TR/WAI-WEBCONTENT/)



* Page should layout should change from css and xhtml should not need to be edit again.



* XHTML CHECK
o No layout images on xhtml, it should come from css only.
o Use label for form content for there names.
o For list/menu use <ul><li>
o No extra tags.
o Buttons text should be from html and button background and style, should be in css, so we can easily change button text.



* CSS CHECK
o Easy to read names for classes, ID's
o Try not to use many classes name, if tag can be select from css directly, then no need to put or make new class name (ex: "footer ul li" this will select footer menu, if menu is only one, then no need to name the menu)



* Location for saving CSS, XHTML and CSS IMAGES (multi-theme format)
o CSS "www/images/themes/THEME-NAME/css/"
o IMAGES "www/images/themes/THEME-NAME/"
o XHTML "www/" (xhtml pages can be anywhere in www folder)
o JAVASCRIPT "www/javascript/" if any javascript files or library to be used
* Debugging

o firefox

o Opera
o Chrome
o Safari
