---Advertisers can create an account
-----They can purchase ads
--------Ads are viewed before entering a Poker Table
--------Ads can be placed on center of poker tables
--------Ads can be placed in center of playing cards
-----Advertisers can view statistics about their ads live on their account

---Users can create an account
-----Start with 1000 chips
-----Whenever chips<=0, chips will reset to 1000
-----Before entering a poker table, users are forced to watch an ad by the advertiser
-----Users can bet their chips with other users
-----Users can cash out their chips for prizes
-----Get referrals and earn more money

Administrators:
---Accounts can view which users have cashed out
---Ban users
---Sort by ip to make sure their are no duplicate players
---ban users

More will be discussed to winning client. . The poker game itself should all be played by users in the webpage, so it can be basic graphics to ensure speed of site.

I have attached a file of all the work that needs to be completed for this projects. I will pay through the escrow service. I will request that the winning programmer will keep me updated with the project and send me a website mock up design which they have created for any additions to the basic one which I have created and uploaded here. All programmers which would like to be considered for this project must state. "I have reviewed your requirements for this project, in the project description and the uploaded file, and I am able to complete it for the price quote of $_______. I can not guarantee, but the project should take an estimated __ days, and possibly less. All aspects of this project will be complete before the final money transaction. All images and website content are original and I will not redistribute them. You receive all rights to the work upon final payment."
