- The design should be new.
- It should be with w3c standards and web 2.0.
- It must be crossbrowser compatible.
- Should be displayed full screen.(fluid view)
- The look must be absolutely professional.
- It should be able to load in less than 5 - 15 secs depending on net speed
- It should be able to take a load of 100 000 user at any given instance on dedicated server
- No cheap scripts please. We have gone through all of them
