    Looking to create a site such as www.site2you.com which has created a cms for use with certain template monster templates.
    site2you is limited in the features that it offers; I am looking for someone that can create a cms built off of template monster templates that I purchase and program the cms to offer a feature rich website builder.
    One thing this CMS website builder should have the option that if the customer wants to PAY they can download or move the entire site to their own hosting account for a complete ready to go website.
