    Two Options are here for you if you have files:

    1. Tell me the price of your files with resell rights.
    2. I will give you 90% of each sale made with your stuff for lifetime. You will have to upload screenshot of product and a zip files which contain your product.

    I am willing to buy designers, programmers unapproved stuff in bulk.
    The files must belong to you or you should have resell rights to sell them to me.

    Files can be anything like images, templates, flash stuff, icons, website, phpscripts, software working & unfinished software stuff.

    When you say "websites" it means full sites or also PSD designs of the sites?

    Answer:
