My website has an empty space in the top left hand corner of the FrontPage. I need someone to design a fancy graphic that I can put into that space... To get this project, you MUST show me something from your portfolio that relates to this or with a similar idea. I DO NOT WANT TO REVIEW YOUR ENTIRE PORTFOLIO.

HERE ARE THE SPECIFIC DETAILS:
a) Graphic Display size: 241 X 369 Pixels
b) Graphics can be static or animated but it MUST be dynamic. In other words, I will like to change the text content on the graphics anything I want because it will be used as the announcement section on my site.
c) The graphics can be any color and the text can be any color too. But the text must be fancy like the simple shown in the attached file…
