I have an already super-slick Wordpress website that I'd like to upgrade with:

1. slicker/faster/smoother menu graphics (with rollover, drop down, and pop-out actions. There are two different menu bars across the top of the home page and a third menu bar that appears on pages that have many subcategories. I want the same functions for each, but with slightly different graphics/colors.
2. I would like to consider changing to a more typical menu bar formatting (see boston.com) where categories have few or no drop downs, but with 130+ categories needed for my menus I'd like to see options that you can suggest as seen in action at existing sites that you or others have created.
3. I have custom field data in a business directory that I need reformatted into something much tighter and slicker in presentation for each page/post, similar to a yellow pages directory but I want something much slicker.
4. I need my basic page graphics elements (heading bars, fonts, framings, background and table colors) upgraded to something slicker or at least slightly different and at least as sophisticated as what I currently have.

For each element of this job, I will require you to show examples of your work or links to other sites (created by others) that you would recommend to emulate. I'm looking for very slick work that does not slow down the load of a huge database site, so please don't feel restricted by your own portfolio or creativity. In fact, I expect you to find the best menu sites and formatted directory sites on the web and help me emulate or exceed their design.

You will be given a fully-functioning mirrored version of the site to install and test your work, and my webmaster will assist in taking the work to the live site.
