We are looking for a person or company who can create a simple iphone application as following

1, we plug in a external infrared ray device
to iphone, just image like a TV controler but not only send data, but also receive data. the device has only infrared capability.

this device is steered from a application in the phone

2, press the application in the phone, and then the phone excanges the personal data through the infrared signal. and then the data goes to address book automatically. Pesonal data is only name, email address, and phone No.

in our market, all of the cell phone has an infrared ray except iphone. we make a simple cute infrared ray device, then we want you to create the application which is capable of exchanging the personal info with other phones.
