Five reel slot flash banners

I need a few simple flash banners that should look like a line in a five reel slot machine (I can send sample screen shots).
I will need them in the following sizes:
728x90
468x60
These two sizes are easy to envision since they are horizontal like the slot lines them selves
250x250
300x250
These might show MORE of the lines above/belowthe main line
120x600
160x600
Not sure how to handle these skyscrapers with this campaign, may need to rethink the creative for these sizes
The slots will "spin" and stop on a word from the message, for example:

The flash should include a "Clicktag" that we can change as we distribue the banners. We'll need the FLA files of course.
