Description: |
We are looking for a talented development group who can set up a traditional auction web site somewhat similar to Ebay Motors but with many enhancements. In regards to design content and functionality, we like elements of PHP Pro Bid and PHPAuction and would like to see similar features and design elements.
The selected vendor will be required to a sign a contract. You will also be required sign a Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and Terms and Conditions.
The attached requirements are not a comprehensive list of detailed business requirements, but should provide a good overview as to the fundamental operation of the auction site. Once a vendor is selected and an NDA is signed, a more detailed set of requirements will be shared with the developer.
Contract Payment Terms
• The total project cost and timing is negotiable. I have an internal estimate of what I think it would cost to complete a project of this size
• Payment terms will be via a negotiated milestone payment agreement in which payment will be made to the vendor at the completion of defined project milestones. Further payment term details will be discussed after the vendor is selected to take on the project
• Vendor should make a reasonable effort to provide a project quotation with a breakdown of pricing based upon function points or comprehensive functions in order to allow for analysis of inclusion or exclusion of function in the initial release based upon pricing.
