We have developped some Realestate website based on ColdFusion + MSSQL and we want add the iPhone App for the website.

MODULE 1 :
So, we need to develop iPhone Application like "Logic-immo" (on Applestore).
A simple application which we can make a search and we have the listing with thumbails or properties.
When we choose a properties in the listing, we can visualize the details of this properties and we can have a slideshow of different pictures but like coverflow. For that look at the application "AutoScout24" on AppleStore. Its a good example of slideshow with coverflow effect.

In this applicaton, we want also have a special button that give acces to private area with (log + password acces) to visualize some VIP properties for example.

To know :
* We will provide all graphic elements under photoshop.
* The Application could be connected to the existing MSSQL database.

Features of the Application (Like "LOGIC-IMMO" Application) :
* A reminder of the previous research
* A tag for My selections
* A special button Search by reference

We need price for the developping native iPhone Application including sources files for first applications and price for next futur applications (juste graphic change for next customer).

Beware : Price must include the full divestiture of the sources code and commercial uses of their future.


MODULE 2 :
In Second time we need to add the Panoramic feature to properties :
So need the cost to have the possiblity to view a panoramic visit of properties like PangeaVR iPhone application, but of course full integrated in this Realestate Application.
This feature will be accesible only on the Private VIP access area for member only.

* For this second option, we have a database with the 6 cubes images necessary for the 360 panoramic viewer,
so each properties have a table database with this images file name stored.
