Wordpress Plugin Keyword Tag

I need a wordpress plugin that will import or you can copy & paste rows instead of CSV (comma separated values

for instance:

I keep my keywords alphabeticalized in microsoft excel spreadsheet such as:

apple
boy
car
dog
elephant

however trying to get this to get imported into stupid wordpress blog i have to manually put it into text editor then add commas

apple, boy, car, dog, elephant

i just want to click import or upload and select a csv or excel file w/ the keywords and the script automatically enter them

oh and does anyone know the maximum amount of keyword tags allowed?

i want this script to be an executable program that users can pay a few bucks or click on an ad that displays advetisement, once they sign up and forward their email for verificaiton the script is unlocked (or another option is that if they add my script it will display my ads on their site frontend user backend admin section or both. it will also backlink back to me
