Feature Request
All of the functionality of Swoopo, plus additional features:

REGISTRATION & BID PACKAGES

User registration and account verification (AVS/SMS or phone [alt. credit card verification, Paypal registered address]), Log User IPs, get DOB

Check that email address for registration is NOT from a throw away provider like ya*hoo, hot*mail, g*mail (pop up suggesting a primary email address). If registrant insists on using, put in human review file before activation?

View, edit, add, delete and suspend users.

Refund or grant free bids

Full financial information: ability to access a client account and see:
a) what bids they have purchased,
b) how many they have used,
c) what autobids they have placed,
d) how much money they have spent on buying bids
e) on which dates they spent that money
f) what items they have bid on
g) what items they have won;
h) returns and credits
i) bid credits, credits towards won items
k) what referrals have resulted in new registrations and/or bid purchases

View the winning bidder and update the status of the auction – e.g. pending, running, ended and completed.

Limit number of accounts per household (check for duplicate phone numbers, email, address, IP) option to flag or disallow

Define bid packages incl. bonus bids

The ability for members to login, update their account, purchase more bids and pay for their won auctions. (also see: referrals, testimonials)

PRODUCTS

Products have the following states:
1. New – for adding new products and editing & cloning them;
2. Future – product information is ready, product is shown to customers on 'Future bids' page;
3. Coming – same as 'Future', but product auction can be activated;
4. Active – active auctions, customers can bid products;
5. Paused – auction is paused;
6. Closed – auction is closed when time has run out, winner is defined;
7. Finished – auction is finished when win is delivered to the winner.

Beginners auction only available until first auction is won.

Function (macros?) to start, stop and publish auctions

Two options for auctions to start:

a)
Administrator defines maximal number of
active auctions at one time.
• When actual number of active auctions is less
than maximal number, coming auction is
activated (state changes to 'Active'
automatically).
b)
automatically starts when previous finishes.
• Administrator defines auction activation date
and time when product moves from state
'Future' to 'Coming'.
• When time arrives, product transfers from
'Coming' to 'Active'.


BIDDING

Bidding in Swoopo format - Paying per bid and the price increasing by a set amount.

Automatic Cashback (Credit) costs of bids spent towards future won item charge, time limit, all bidders or 2nd/3rd only

Nail Biter (automatic bidding on/off)

Bidbutler (see swoopo function)

Reserve, extension of time to auction end if reserve price not met.

Automatic Bidding Bot (for operator benefit to show activity below the price set for reserve)

PAYMENTS, COUPONS, REFERRALS

Coupon module (coupon code,begin/end date, time limitation from date of issue, onetime/multiple use [for registering, for winning their first auction and for buying bid packages for the first time.]) for credit towards bids or price of won auctions, also percent off bid packages), also: 1 bid/day free for bidders that have bought any bid package during the last 30 days & display our desktop widget on their computer

Credit card payment/ Google Checkout, Paypal, (2CO/moneybookers)

Do not credit payment from PayPal echecks until cleared

Referral function and "Tell a friend" - social twist "TAF Rewards" integration - customer receives X % of bids for free when the referred friend buys his first bidding package
