We are making an HYIP. I would like to use the same basic structure as http://www.novalexfinance.com/?ref=U5771342. We will need the following:

The site will need the following:

1) to be designed from scratch, or a series of templates shown to myself and my team, we will decide
2) examples of other sites done so that we can choose the best work.
3) we will need all the same capabilities of a typical hyip...admin panel to manage users ability to deposit, etc...

Pre-reqs:

1) samples of work must be provided, they must include all of the things that a hyip site would need.

2) very fluent in english, and must be reachable through gmail or MSN

3) The site must be secure, no holes or anything of that nature
