    We need a program or script etc to work with Betamax applications such as Voip Buster http://www.voipbuster.com/ all we need it to do is dial a number provided in an excel,notepad etc and when a person answers to play a predefined message which we can input or upload into the script/program then once it has finished end the call. And repeat with all the numbers in the list etc
