I use an e-commerce product called Sunshop by Turnkey Webtools (www.turnkeywebtools.com). I host MAY sites under a single domain using sub-domains.

I would like to be able to have one code base for sunshop, but to have a unique config.php file and theme for each sub-domain. So, basically, when someone visits http://site1.domain.com, the config1.php and theme1 would be used. If someone visits http://site2.domain.com, then config2.php and theme2 would be used. But in all cases, the same code base is used.
