Looking for a PHP and CSS expert. PHP needed to customize Elgg CMS.
1.) Ability to make forum topics "sticky"
2.) Need Ability to make members "Featured"
3.) Need to enhance member search functionality
4.) CSS changes to forum layout
5.) Overall CSS cleanup
