I need a very simple but dynamic and atractive design

Will have a main page, with some big frontal menu as in wikipedia when you select the language, but to different lottos I will tell later, but are less than 16. Here it will show the current jackpot and the date for each lotto, and the last results with the date.

Then, every lotto will have their own individual page. Here we will show how to play, a brief history of the lotto (like biggest jackpots and some good storys), five latest results, most frequently numbers that appear, history of jackpots, and a place to search for history results.

From each lotto page, you will be able to expand all the latest said, like a page to see all the latest results for a lotto, a page to see all the frequency of numbers, etc.

The design must be very attractive, very neat and with place for banners (160x600 and 300x250). CSS is required. Has to be accepted by w3 rules.

So basically we have main page, lotto page, history results. But regarding design could be two or three different pages.

SEO knowledge for design is a must.
