I need the following work done on an ongoing basis for my Real Estate Investing company. My Tampa BayProperties, LLC is a residential redevelopment company located in Tampa, Fl. We buy and sell short sale properties. You can check out www.mytampabayproperties.com to get more info on what we do.

My other company SouthShore Closers, Inc handles all the loss mitigation work for both short sales and loan modifications.

I am looking for a company or individual to handle all the web based behind the scenes marketing and promoting my business by doing the following:

1. creat autoresponders using my AWEBER account and writing script for buyers, sellers and motivated homeowners who need to get out of their home. This will require knowledge of the real estate market in the states.
2. create landing pages for some domain names I have and SEO work for each
3. driving traffic to each landing page and from there to my website to build a buyers and sellers list

As I mentioned I need someone with experience in this field of marketing and createing a web presence for my company. I want to work with someone that can offer suggestions and take my business to the next level.

This will be an ongoing job.
