Hello Freelancers,

I am in need of a new template, to give my site a fresh new look, my original template was done by a guy who didn't think so straight, for one it was done without websafe colors, and it looks messed up on some browsers, and the color blue it is doesn't sit well with me, I want a new template that is fairly similar, but a lighter color blue and a little more web 2.0

What this job requires:

1. Knowledge of SMARTY in php
! This template MUST be integrated, not just made, so you have to make it work with the system links (my site is a PHP SITE!!)

2. Tableless design, fresh, and web 2.0

This is only one central template file you only need to edit ONE html file (and the small included html template files because of the modular design of the site), a CSS file, and add any necessary images, it's a relatively small project, will require at least 3 mockup designs, that I will choose and you will implement

DO NOT ASK FOR:
1. Escrow release before project
2. Files of site to make a local version on your pc (site files are huge)

I will close the live site for the amount of time it takes you to implement the new design, then once its read escrow will be released.

YOU MUST KNOW THE BASICS OF PHP / SMARTY
You don't need to be fluent in the languages, since the project does not require it but, it would make life just that much easier.
