I am a web developer and I have a client who wants a flash assistant, he calls Ralph to appear on his website and help guide the customer through the shopping cart, and answer quuestions the customer may have. The closest thing I can think of to a comparison, is the little paper clip that appears in MS office when you first install it.

It would be a flash object? that is always visible on the screen, movable, and it should accept text input and give specific pre-defined answers for certain text input. The object should appear above the webpage and always remain visible, no matter where you scroll or point.

I have never seen anything like this implemented on the web, but I told my client I would post it to see if it is possible. We are on a tight deadline, so I need an answer ASAP if it is possible.

The character "ralph" would be pre drawn in digital format, and you would be responsible for making him interact with the user properly
