I need to fully replicate m a g m y p i c dot c o m, but with a different site design. The new design is part of this project tasks. The project will be accomplished with a fully functional and working version on website. Some website features are to be modified, but I'll discuss this specifically with the selected programmer.

All programming, code and original graphic files will be provided with all ownership released by programmer. I expect excellent technical and communication skills.
