I need the following mode rewrite rules done:

1. Convert only files named such as below:

products_tshirts.php?id=22
products_footwear.php?id=22
products_cardigans.php?id=22

to

products/tshirts/22/
products/footwear/22/
products/cardigans/22/


2. Rewrite page titles to file names.
2.1 on all files:
<title>This is something</title>
to become:
www.domain.com/this-is-something.php
or
www.domain.com/products/this-is-something.php

2.2. only on certain files:
Same as above but only on specified named files, not all.


3. Combined 1&2 above, so that page like:
products_tshirts.php?id=22
<title>Some name</title>
converts to:
products/tshirts/some-name.php

Can we have partial title as filename? Like:
products_tshirts.php?id=22
<title>Site name - Some name</title>
to also converts to:
products/tshirts/some-name.php

We may need to do some conditional rewrite? Is it ok to have .php extension or it's better to convert to .html for SEO?

Server is PHP5/MySQL5/Apache2.2. Files and .htaccess are in the root. I have 'mode rewrite' turned on in Apache, but you have to assist me to set it up to make it 100% work both on local server and the online one. You may also be wanted in the future to help with different mode rewrite, so I need somebody who will be willing and available for similar paid task in the future.
