I need a clone or similiar web site designed like: http://www.loonycounter.com/

When you click "hit counter + web stats" you can see some of the designs of the counters, those are ok.. I don't want any of the smiley face stuff you see on the front page. If you click on "hit styles" you see more, none of the cartoon pictures/icons I don't want. I don't like most of their designs. I like a cleaner, simple more professional and quality graphics. We don't need many different designs of the counters. The different color variations should probably be enough. There should be an option for invisible counter.

I'm using them as an example since we're going to have a sign up form, a place for members to check their stats, an option to have a hit counter or hit counter + web stats, faq, and contact us.

There needs to be areas on the site where we can add our own advertising banners on the sides, and bottom of the website maybe below the top header.

The most important thing is that we need the counters to be coded in as3 flash. The website itself doesn't have to be in flash but, the counters need to be in as3 flash. I will need the FLA file(s) as well. There doesn't need to be animation in the flash counters but, if you have some ideas for animation we could implement that would make the counter look good we can discuss it.

The code for the counters isn't going to be generated on the site. So you don't have to do that part. After they sign up a notice telling them to expect their code for the counter in their e-mail with instructions shortly is enough.

Counter should be able to track unique views and all views.
Maybe an option to email reports weekly reports of web stats.

Flash is a very important requirement so you must have the ability to code as3 flash.

I have a couple ideas that I would like to implement into this project that I don't want to discuss publicly so, before we get started we'll discuss this in PM. It's basically a variation added to the statistics.
