I need an exact functional clone of the following mp3 download store:

I am working with a designer to come up with a new logo and color scheme etc but in the meantime I need the same layout and functionality.
**I need to have all the source code so that I can make changes.
I also need a functional backend to administer and add all the music, user accounts, reporting (by label, artist, album/release), payment gateway and so on...
