Hi,

I would like to create a small program to check user's pronunciation by using the latest speech recognition technology. I am open to which technology you consider the best. I need the program to record the user's voice input and compare with the model recording and give a score from 1 to 10 basing on the user's accuracy.

I prefer the code to be in C++ Builder or Java. Let me know if you are speech recognition expert. If you are Java expert, you may want to research Sphinx-4 at http://cmusphinx.sourceforge.net/sphinx4/src/apps/edu/cmu/sphinx/demo/wavfile/README.html. It has many examples. However, I need them to be in Applet and deployed from my site.
