Seeking to build and design website with the following components:

- Rating System: a rating system that prompts users to enter qualitative and quantitative data (rating) via a pop-up screen.

- Recommendation System: generate immediate recommendations on product and brands based on users' expressed preferences (ratings and other data).

- Social Networking Component

- Database(s): Users should be able to search for products via a database.

We would like to meet with qualified bidders (New York, Connecticut, New Jersey or in the Washington DC area)

This project will require references and examples of previous work.
