I just got a script for penny auction but unfortunately the person will not be available for modification. I am looking for a serious programmer to assist in the modification of a script (radbid.com). The job entails the following

1. Possible installations (may not be needed)
2. Design modifications and tweaking
3. Insertion of multilingual capabilities
4. Possible insertion of a statistics module
