We want to create a membership site that has a combination of the features found on myspace and most dating sites.

We are seeking a quality programmer that has immediate availability.

Project Tasks.

- identify a solid open source membership program to load and customize on our server.
- add or edit existing modules within the program to provide:
a. member created profiles. "can be updated by members"
b. paypal payment integration
c. emailing messages between members
d. free trial period for 30 days
e. member groups
f. member ratings
g. member photos with captions. Sample or default pictures as options.
h. member FRIENDS
i. member charities

Admin Functions
a. emailing all or groups of members
b. restricting access to site by members.
c. updating custom profile fields.

- create a main index page with featured member profiles and other sections of member site displayed but not available until the visitor becomes a member.

Any strong open source program will be considered. Submit link to existing "running" web site that you created using the open source file.

Your bid must include:
- daily communications in english
- total project, not just a portion.
- Must be completed within 10 days.
- escrow account OK, releases in stages OK.
