Topics that you will be post will include: local activities/ events, real estate news, real estate technology (web 2.0), real estate marketing, mortgage information, real estate investing, rehabbing, landlording, short sales, REOs/ foreclosures, mortgage crisis and so on.

It will be expected that you generate ideas on your own and be capable of posting with little direction from me. The more creative that you are the better!!!

If you know about Northern Virginia or are willing to do the proper research in order to post about local subjects the better!!
