I need the following database designed for a funeral website. I am wanting what you see on this website:

Basically it allows members and guest to search for funeral homes in there area either by their zip code or their city that way they know the address they need to ship the flowers to. I am needing someone to install this database with all the information they have stored on the database already, meaning all the funeral homes that are in their database already so I can install it on my site. The site above I dont have access to it other then what you have so not sure how you will be able to upload all that information into the server. Please send me a message about if you can do this and your plan.
