PHP work+ SEO work needed
we need a script like used at SEOMOZ.org called "Trifecta" formerly "Page Strength". Example: http://www.seomoz.org/trifecta
We only want the 1 function of Type "Page"
Domain and Blog types are NOT needed.
Only 1 URL submitted, not multiple.
No comparisons required. No database storage required.
Simply collect data and display on screen. Not knowing the exact calculations to obtain final percent rating, I will provide some known % results.
It should measure the following attributes of a submitted webpage/domain:
1) Ranking At Google For 1st 4 Words In Title Tag
2) Google Pagerank Of Homepage
3) Google News Mentions
4) Google Blog Search Links
5) Yahoo Internal Links Percentage
6) Google "http://www.domain.com/" Mentions
7) Yahoo Site Explorer Links To Domain
8) Dmoz Links
9) Domain Age In Days
At the bottom of the bid is a detailed list of the queries and links to where it gets it's information. (We believe the majority of it is via API's, we have Google API key) We are open to solution you recommend. (scraping vs api)

It must perform reasonably quick, no more than 2 minutes from submit to results.
This is .PHP running on a Windows Server 2003. Usually runs any .php
No design work is necessary, just build the app with text output to screen, not as fancy as Page Strength tool, and no database storage.
