Currently I am having to do updates to the following two areas of the website and I would like to be able to make the updates ouselves as there are continuous updates in both areas. I have attached the external javascript and text files that I reference below so you can see what the code looks like that are called. Currently I have a main page www.100club.org/monitor that will act as a main page for all admin tools. I plan to log into the server and secure the folder monitor so that it will be password protected so only the staff can access this area. The goal is to have the main page be a series of links that link to each of the admin tools. The following two tools are what I need completed as soon as possible.

Rotating Sponsor Banner
AS IS:
Currently the site has a rotating sponsor banner on the lower right of the home page and the lower left of all subsequent pages. I realize that their images are wider on the home page and are being cutoff on the other pages and will be adjusting the sizing of the logos. The script that runs the banner is an external Javascript and there is a copy that supports the home page and a copy that supports the sub-pages.

TO BE:
What I need is an admin tool for a 100 Club Employee to go into a password protected area of the site and to be able to add/edit/delete a sponsor from the rotating banners. There is both a graphic image as well as a name and URL that needs to be entered. If you visit the site you will see the rotating sponsor banner and understand what I am referring to.

The end user is not computer savvy so it needs a very simple interface with explicit instructions for each step. I am not adverse to using a different script to complete the same result or even a database, although we are non-profit and has a small budget to work with so it needs to be an easy tool but not expensive. We does have an access database that is used for other things on the site and the server is setup to use either MYSQL or SQL.

Random Testimonials (test)
AS IS:
Currently the site has a random testimonial script written in Javascript that calls to a text file and pulls a testimonial randomly from the text file.

TO BE:
The end user needs the ability to add/edit/delete testimonials via a secure page. Again instructions and interface need to be intuitive. I am open to any solution to make the testimonials work for the client.
