I need a simple website for my new swimming pool company. Additionally I would like to have a rating system on the website, that would allow to my customers leave a review about our services. Rating system should not let any person to leave the feedback, customers should type in the special code (that will be given to them after the job is done)before they can leave their feedbacks. Any visitor should be able to see the reviews.
Also I would like to have some kind of affiliate program on my site. Where anyone can sign up for this program, leave their register information and recieve the link to our website by email.
Also I'd like to have an ability to send the newsletters and special promotions to our registered users, if they choose that option during registration.

the plan has changed a little bit. We no longer need all the additional features, I described, on this website (rating system, affiliate program, mass mail/newsletter). This is a very new company, so we decided to go with a very simple website with the company description and contact form on it for now. The web-design is still required. The rest of the features we are going to add to the website later, if the business goes well, and more than likely, we are going to use the same programmer who will create the website. That's pretty much it.
Some of the pages will contain pictures, so I will need help with that. I will need some kind of water/pool design on the website and our logo.
Very simple, I just need help to set it up.
Also I prefer if you leave your lowest bids and a message with the links to the websites you have done previously. If you leave a message without a bid, I might lose your message in all other messages. The same thing might happen if you leave your bids without any portfolio. Final decision will be made by price. But it doesn't mean we will go with the lowest price. The winning bid will be a good balance between price, feedback and your previous work. But the price will be demanding factor. Tanks again.
